Flashings and closures come from the same manufacturer as the panels, in the same colour and the same coating. That keeps the system warranty valid — and stops the façade having two different whites after two years.
Not every detail has a catalogue number. Non-standard components are folded to size from shop drawings we produce — corners, transitions between build-ups, plant penetration trims, movement joint covers.
Eaves and valley gutters, downpipes, gutter trace heating, emergency overflows and connection to the storm drainage. Sized to roof area and rainfall intensity, not to whatever is in stock.
The right overlap, the right sealant, the right stainless fasteners. This is where it is decided whether we will be dealing with a leak claim in three years.
Yes, including repairs and retrofitting components on older halls. The most common jobs are corroded gutters, loosened parapets and badly detailed penetration trims.
Usually yes — coated steel comes in the full RAL range. On older halls, expect the original sheet to have faded and the new one to read a shade deeper.
Depending on height and access we use platforms, rope access or fall-arrest systems. Always with valid working-at-height certification and a risk assessment.
