About
We are not developers, we do not sell turnkey halls, and we have no sales department promising what the crews cannot deliver. We do one thing: hall envelopes. And we do them properly.
Across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Crews travel — on a large hall it means accommodation anyway, so distance is not our first question.
Main contractors, hall system manufacturers who subcontract the envelope to us, and direct investors — most often on refurbishments where there is no main contractor.
By item. Material, flashings, fasteners, installation, plant, transport, access. You see what you are paying for, and when the scope changes the price moves by a specific line, not by a feeling.
We do not take work we have no capacity for just to pass it on. If we cannot hold the date we say so immediately and point you to someone who can.
How we work
A faulty detail is cheapest to fix before installation. We send comments in writing and in time — not later as a variation.
A manufacturer's installation manual is not a suggestion. It is the condition of the warranty, and we follow it even when a shortcut would be faster.
Panel offcuts, packaging, fasteners. The site looks like a site when we leave, not like a tip.
Safety and documentation
Large investors check the paperwork before a crew is allowed on site. Ours is ready.
Send a drawing, a photo, or a few figures. We reply within 24 hours and price it within five working days.
