For general contractors, hall manufacturers and installers without free capacity. We sell installation, not material — so we do not compete with you for the job and add no trading margin to the panels.
Most firms in this trade sell supply and installation together. That costs you twice: you pay a trading margin on material you could buy cheaper under your own framework agreements, and you bring onto site a company that does what you do and may bid against you next time. We do not trade material. Panels, sheet and fixings are ordered by you, from your supplier, at your price. We bring the crews, the equipment and the responsibility for the installation.
Daily output per crew matters more than the rate per square metre, because the programme stands or falls on it. Industry-typical output is 300 to 600 m² of panel area per crew per day; the figure for your building depends on panel length, height, how broken up the elevation is and access for platforms. We give you that number at survey stage, not on site. We run 12 in-house crews and install roughly 250,000 m² of envelope a year, so several crews can work one building at once when the programme demands it.
Send drawings, or at least dimensions, build-up and dates. Within five working days you get a priced offer with a bill of quantities, line by line — wall panels, roof panels, trapezoidal sheet, flashings by the metre, strip-out. Flashings are never hidden inside a per-square-metre rate; that is exactly where offers stop being comparable. Before installation we survey the steelwork and check flatness and purlin spacing, and anything outside tolerance is reported in writing before work starts.
A programme broken down by section, proof of liability insurance, working-at-height documentation and training records, photographic records per section, and handover documentation. The contract also settles in advance what is otherwise argued about later: what happens when the steelwork or the material delivery slips and the crew is standing, who pays for the standing time, and how damage to a panel during installation is handled.
Installation in Germany and Austria is arranged case by case. Posting workers carries its own rules — the A1 form, German minimum wage and working-time rules for the duration of the posting, SOKA-BAU contributions where applicable, and working-time records kept for two years; Austria additionally requires notification before work begins. The client is jointly liable for compliance, which is why we never promise it before it is actually in place for that specific job.
Yes — that is the whole point of this service. Panels, sheet and fixings are ordered from your own supplier. We are happy to review the build-up and panel lengths before you order: the most common delay on site is not missing material but badly set-out lengths and missing flashing components.
The price is the cost of a crew-day divided by the realistic daily output on that particular building, not a tabulated rate. That is why we ask for drawings: two buildings of identical area can take very different numbers of days. The offer comes itemised so it can be compared against your budget, flashings included by the metre.
Yes. Your budget is built from them, so an offer in the same items is easier to compare and approve. If you need a different breakdown, tell us up front.

The contract settles it in advance: the point from which standing time is paid, and who carries the cost of moving the crew. It is not distrust — it is the most common cause of dispute in this trade, and everyone works better when it is written down beforehand.
No. We do not trade material and we do not build turnkey halls. Our contract is the installation — the project stays yours, including the client relationship.
