Wall envelopes in sandwich panels, cassette walls or trapezoidal sheet — the element that carries both the look and the thermal performance of your building.
The fastest and most common solution. A single layer delivers structure, insulation and finished surface at once. We choose PUR or PIR cores where thermal transmittance per millimetre matters, and mineral wool cores where fire resistance governs. Panels are installed vertically or horizontally, with concealed or exposed fastening.
Load-bearing steel cassette, mineral wool infill and an outer skin of trapezoidal sheet or linear panel. The answer for long spans and for cases where the façade should not be dictated by panel modulation. It also allows greater insulation thickness than a single-layer panel.
Uninsulated halls, canopies, agricultural and storage buildings. We also build twin-skin systems with infill insulation and a vapour barrier where the hall will later be heated.
Plinth, corners, parapet, window and door reveals, service penetrations, movement joints, junctions with the concrete frame. Each of these is a potential thermal bridge and a potential leak. We solve them with system components and draw them in advance — not improvised from a platform.
PIR gives the best insulation-to-thickness ratio and costs less than mineral wool. Mineral wool is non-combustible and belongs in buildings with higher fire requirements — flammable storage, production, buildings close to a boundary. The fire safety design decides, not the price.
Yes — that is most of our work. Before installation we survey the frame and check flatness and purlin spacing. If anything is out of tolerance we put it in writing before a single panel goes up.
The walls alone typically take three to five weeks depending on complexity, number of openings and platform access. The exact programme comes with the quote.
